福建嘉田农业开发有限公司，注册资金一千万元人民币，于2008年由原福建省南靖嘉田木耳开发公司（系福建省农业产业化省级重点龙头企业）改制而来，集生产、加工、销售、保鲜、科研及创汇为一体。公司位于被国家授予“中国白背木耳生产基地”的靖城镇，地处田边工业区，地理位置独特，交通便利，自然条件优越。
    原福建省南靖嘉田木耳开发公司始建于1993年，总占地面积5万多平方米，集食用菌休闲食品加工、保鲜食品加工、软包装和瓶装调味菇、白背木耳深加工及干品和腌渍品加工等。公司现拥有高优菌种培植中心和3个生产基地，其中有机白背木耳生产基地系福建省唯一白背木耳标准化生产基地试范点。公司杏鲍菇工厂化周年栽培200万袋，年可种植白背木耳、秀珍菇、大白口蘑、杏鲍菇、杯蕈等珍稀食用菌500万袋；并已推广农户5000多户，年可种植各种食用菌2亿多袋，创产值几亿元。

Najing Jiatian Edible Fungus Development Co.,Ltd is set up in 1993.Its total      occupied area is over 50,000 square meter and now it owns excellent mushroom spawn implantation centre and three production bases.One of the three production bases is the organic white back fungus production base which is the only demonstration spot of white back fungus standardized production base.During those days,in order to fit the market need,we incessant to developed new products.Now it has a lot of series food,such as mushroom snack food、refreshing food、flexible package and canned flavoring fungus food 、drying food and solted food.
