Founded in April 1993, the company has a registered capital of 65 million RMB and covers an area of 200 acres. The company specializes in the production of Pleurotus eryngii (also known as King Oyster mushroom) and its products are exported to various countries in Southeast Asia, Europe, Canada, and the United States, as well as major domestic markets such as Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Guangdong. Currently, the company possesses three domestic production lines with the largest scale of bottle cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii. It has a daily production capacity of 210,000 bottles and produces 50 tons of high-quality Pleurotus eryngii mushrooms per day, with an annual sales revenue of 150 million RMB.

The company is currently expanding its facilities with the construction of the fourth phase. Once completed, it is expected to achieve an annual production of 27,000 tons of fresh Pleurotus eryngii mushrooms, with an output value of 280 million RMB.   • Organic Food Certification and Enterprise Qualifications

    Jiatian has been recognized for its high-quality products, with six kinds of mushrooms certified as “Organic Food” by COFCC(China Organic Food Certification Center). These include King Oyster Mushroom(Pleurotus Eryngii/King Trumpet mushroom), White back black Fungus, Abalone mushroom, Pleurotus geesteranus and Big Clitocybe. The company has also undertaken the constitution of “Product Standard for White Fungus” organized by China Minister of Agriculture, and joined the project implementation of “Scientific Research and Popularization of Rare Mushroom” by the Science Association of Zhangzhou City. Technical Advantage

King Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus Eryngii/King Trumpet mushroom) is a rare fungus that has been extensively cultivated in Korea and Japan at a larger production scale. In 2005, the variety was introduced into Zhangzhou. Given the existing technical advantage in the mushroom industry, the development has so far reached a certain scale with family workshops, simple equipment, management, and technology. At Jiatian, we have leveraged the original bag cultivation and market research to enhance the technology, make investments, and introduce production equipment from Korea, thus opening a new chapter in bottle cultivation of King Oyster Mushroom.

1. Our production lines adopt an automatic production process, including automated batching and mixing of ingredients, bottling sterilization, and other such processes.
2. By introducing advanced equipment from overseas, such as bottling machines, we have dramatically increased production efficiency.
3. Our corporate self-developed invention patent is utilized in liquefaction inoculation techniques based on substrates from grain culture medium, considered the first implementation of its kind in China.
4. Our technical innovation in the air conditioning circulation system of the mushroom house is more reasonable than those in Japan or Korea, in terms of wind speed and regularity control.

Geographical Advantage

Nanjing County is situated in southern Fujian, sandwiched between the Special Zones of Xiamen and Shantou. The county is east of Zhangzhou City, west of Longyan, and borders Guangdong province. It boasts an excellent transportation network, with State Highway 319, Zhangzhou-Longyan expressway, and railway passing through (there are three entrances in the county). It is over 30 km from the center of the city, 60 km from the Zhangzhou Harbor, and 90 km from Xiamen International Airport or Xiamen Harbor.
